featuring the talents of American Festival Chorus and Orchestra, Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theatre, Music Theatre West, Cache Theatre Company, Cache Valley Civic Ballet, Cahill Smith, Dallas Aksoy, Valley Dance Ensemble, Hatch Academy of Magic & Music, Dance Source, Westminster Bell Choir, and Cache Children's Choir!

A throwback to the vaudeville days of the theatre, the first night of the celebration is also a tribute to the local talent that fills the hall year to year. Don't miss this one-night chance to see more than 100 local performers in a night of celebration of history and community.

MOVIE NIGHT

Untitled design(7).png

Do you remember coming to the Capitol Theatre to catch a movie? The theatre served as a movie house for decades during the 20th century. On March 30, join us for an evening of film, just like the old days. Catch a cartoon (The Rabbit of Seville), a newsreel, and a feature film, Back to the Future!
Thanks to a generous donation from Peter and Holly Daines,
Movie Night is FREE!
Tickets are required.

Marc Cohn & Shawn Colvin Together Onstage

Finally, we honor the tradition of nationally touring artists coming to the theatre with Marc Cohn and Shawn Colvin. Two of a generation's favorite singer-songwriters come together onstage for a special evening. Cohn, a Grammy Award winner for his soulful ballad "Walking in Memphis", and Colvin, winner of the Grammy Award's Record of the Year and Song of the Year for “Sunny Came Home”, welcome fans into their decades long friendship for a night of songs and stories.
