Winter-Spring 2015 Brochure

The Bullen Arts Center has a broad range of Arts Classes for all skill levels and ages starting in January 2015.  Classes are fun and help individuals develop artistic talent.  Anyone interested in taking an Arts Class can find information about classes at

Visual arts such as Acrylics, Sculpture, Watercolor, Oriental Brush Painting, Ceramics, and Photography are all taught at the Bullen Arts Center.  Classes are designed to help students work on projects and progress in ability regardless of skill level.  Arts Classes at the Bullen Arts Center focus on developing skill and theory in each individual, empowering that individual to seek their own creative process.

Performance art classes are also taught at the Bullen Arts Center.  Dance, Drama, and Music classes are offered.  Many of the music classes are taught in the historic Thatcher-Young Mansion, located just south of the Ellen Eccles Theatre. Providing excellent opportunities for community members to participate in performing arts fulfills an important function for Cache Valley Center for the Arts (CVCA).

The Bullen Arts Center is focused on developing artistic talent in Cache Valley.   The CVCA has worked to fund a scholarship program for arts classes.  Scholarships are needs based with the goal of allowing everyone to participate in Arts Classes regardless current financial situation.  Scholarship information and applications can be found at the website.

Classes are offered for all ages.  In the Thatcher- Young Mansion students as young as 9 months old can be found crawling around and learning basic educational principles through rhythm and music.  At the same time on the second floor of the Bullen Center, a retired grandfather could be found learning to play a violin, in the Cache Valley New Horizons Orchestra designed for adults over 40.

The website is the best and most up to date source for information about registration and class participation.  Inquiries about Arts Classes can be sent to the CVCA Arts Education Coordinator Robyn Hoth at or (435) 752-0026
